Kayin

Once upon a time, a new manong (kuya in ilonggo) of a boy Kayin was accepted in Raya for kinder.
And everyday, he’d ask mom to wait for him outside his kinder classroom until class was finished.
But one day, since Teacher Isbel didn’t want mom to wait for him anymore, Kayin had to do the waiting and had Kuya Castor as his first best friend.
And because of that, Kayin had his first taste of independence and learned to look further (mmmm... classmates?) for trust and friendship. He became independent, easily got along with everyone and learned the value of working as a team player. He has grown valuable relationships with a lot of people, not just his classmates but outside of school as well.
Until finally he developed a love for being with others, having good relationships with his peers and people younger and older than him.
And from that day onwards, Kayin’s steps in learning the value of respecting and celebrating each person’s individuality continues.

And the moral of the story is, always be kind and have a generous and open heart. It will get you through the toughest and most trying of times.
